FAVORITE HOLIDAY PARTY RECIPE
For entertaining, chicken is the best value and easiest to fix. I start with Sanderson Farm’s 100% Natural chicken because it’s just chicken with no added salt, water or broth, perfect to make my Mustard Glazed Chicken. Combine the olive oil, mustard, parsley, vinegar, water and ¼ teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Set aside. Then, Season Sanderson Farms chicken with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Lightly coat with flour, 2 tablespoons of heated butter over medium high heat in 12-inch skillet. Then in the same skillet, add the olive oil-mustard mixture. Cook for 1 minute, stirring until thick. Pour olive oil-mustard glaze over the tasty Sanderson Farms chicken that by the way is always raised in the United States without steroids or hormones. Best of all, it’s only about 300 calories a serving and is full of healthy protein.

TIPS FOR EASY CLEANUP
It’s all about what you have in your cleaning cabinet. Be smart. When you find a good brand, buy the entire line. My favorite is Seventh Generation’s Ultra Power Plus. It’s the first ever premium performance line released by a green cleaning company. This non-toxic, biodegradable formula contains no dyes or synthetic fragrances, which makes it an easy and effective way to clean dishes after a party, and even wash the linins.
